Auto Corner Mackay is looking for a driven, customer-focused Assistant Service Manager to join our growing team across our Toyota, Isuzu and Hyundai dealerships.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, gets results and thrives in a fast-paced service environment.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Group Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Service Department and leading our team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, supporting and motivating the Service team

• Driving the team to achieve customer satisfaction, productivity and financial results

• Providing support and guidance to our Service Advisors

• Ensuring clear and effective communication between customers, Advisors and the Workshop

• Liaising closely with the Workshop and Warranty Departments

• Helping manage the day-to-day operation of a busy, high-volume Service Department

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, customer experience and team performance

• Supporting the Group Service Manager in achieving departmental targets

Previous experience in a high-volume franchise dealership is preferred, but it's not essential.
