Love social media, great content and beautiful things? We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join the Austen & Blake team and help bring our brand to life across social, campaigns, events and partnerships.

Austen & Blake is a fast-growing fine jewellery brand specialising in made-to-order engagement rings, wedding rings and bespoke jewellery. Since 2018, we’ve been making beautifully crafted, personalised jewellery more accessible to customers around the world.
Now, we’re looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic marketer who’s ready to get stuck in and make an impact.

🌟 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with energy, curiosity and a genuine love of marketing and social media.

You’ll ideally have:

• 2 years of experience in marketing, social media, content or a related role.
• A strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, plus other major social platforms.
• Experience creating content using Canva and/or CapCut.
• Great organisation skills and an eye for detail.
• Excellent written communication and a natural feel for brand tone.
• The ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping things moving.
• A proactive, creative mindset and a willingness to get stuck in.
• An interest in jewellery, fashion, luxury or lifestyle brands.
• 📍 Sydney based.

Bonus points: Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, CRM or email marketing experience.

💎 What You’ll Be Doing

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days will look exactly the same. You’ll work closely with our Social Media Manager and Marketing Manager across:

📱 Social & Content

• Help plan, schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
• Support content shoot days and get involved behind the scenes.
• Create and edit engaging Reels, TikToks and Stories using Canva and CapCut.
• Manage comments and DMs while bringing our brand voice to life.
• Keep an eye on the latest trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

✨ Campaigns & Marketing

• Support exciting seasonal campaigns, launches and key trading moments.
• Coordinate assets across Social, Creative, CRM and Digital teams.
• Help bring showroom marketing campaigns and local activations to life.
• Track campaign performance and help turn results into insights.

🥂 Events, Partnerships & Influencers

• Help plan and deliver showroom events and brand activations.
• Research and support exciting partnership opportunities.
• Assist with influencer outreach, gifting and collaborations.
• Support PR activity and help identify opportunities to get the Austen & Blake name out there.
