Working within our operational maintenance teams, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving the electrical and instrumentation assets that keep our plant operating safely, reliably and efficiently. You'll apply your technical expertise to fault find complex equipment, improve reliability and contribute to the ongoing success of one of Australia's largest manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

Perform planned and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical and instrumentation equipmentDiagnose and resolve faults using structured problem-solving techniquesIdentify and implement equipment reliability improvementsSupport maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement initiativesWork closely with production teams to minimise downtime and improve asset performanceMaintain high standards of safety, quality and environmental performanceContribute to the ongoing reliability and efficiency of critical plant equipment

You'll Bring

Electrical Trade Qualification and NSW Qualified Supervisor CertificateExperience in heavy industrial, manufacturing, mining, utilities or high-power environmentsStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsA commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous improvementAbility to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholdersPride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining reliable equipment performance

Highly Regarded

Experience with induction furnaces and high-power inverter equipmentPLC experience, particularly ControlLogixForklift, EWP and confined space tickets
