Case Management Officer

Employment Type: Ongoing full-time

Salary: Clerk Grade 5/6 ranging from $102,936 to $113,579 + Super

This is a targeted recruitment. Your role

Assist clients to understand the Tribunal process, including encouraging the participation of persons with a disabilityManage complex cases where there may be significant conflict between partiesList and prepare matters for hearing, write hearing reports for the Tribunal, prepare, and send documents to clientsContact clients to determine how they will participate in Tribunal hearingsComply with procedures and legislation relevant to the Tribunal
