Labourer | Mining

Mineco is a leading national civil and mining services company operating across the East Coast of Australia. We deliver comprehensive solutions to Tier 1 clients, including bulk dozer push, coal quality and recovery, crushing, civil works, and rehabilitation services. With our Head Office in Beresfield, NSW, a fully equipped workshop in Muswellbrook, NSW, and an additional office in Queensland, we maintain a strong presence across all major sites in the Hunter region while expanding into the QLD market.

We are currently seeking 3 labourers to join our civil & landcare crew at Hunter Valley Operations on a Monday - Friday Roster. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a company that values their site based operations team, safety, performance, and teamwork.

About the Role

• Performing general civil and landcare maintenance activities across Hunter Valley Operations
• Operating small plant and equipment where appropriately licensed and trained.
• Perform physically demanding tasks in an outdoor environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality
• Participating in site safety processes including Take 5s, risk assessments, and pre-start inspections.
• Skid Steer and/or chainsaw operating experience will be advantageous

The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a labour-intensive role, ideally within the civil, mining, agriculture, or landcare industries
• Current C Class or HR Driver’s Licence
• Skid Steer, Chainsaw & ChemCERT Licences/Tickets desireable
• Ability to pass a Coal Board Order 45 Medical and promptly complete site onboarding requirements
