Join Our Team as a Paediatric Consultant at Mount Gambier and Districts Health Service!
Overview
As a Paediatric Consultant, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional clinical services to paediatric patients, showcasing your expertise while leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care. You will uphold professional excellence by adhering to Regional, Hospital, and departmental policies, embodying the standards set by the Australasian College for Paediatric Medicine, and making a meaningful impact in your patients' lives.
In this role, you will actively engage in teaching and mentoring trainee medical officers, interns, medical students, and, where appropriate, nursing and allied health staff, inspiring the next generation of healthcare leaders. You will also participate in clinical audits and initiatives focused on quality, safety, and clinical risk management, helping to enhance healthcare practices and patient outcomes.
Additionally, you will be involved in research and continuous medical education activities, contributing to the advancement of paediatric medicine while enriching your own professional development. Our Organisation
