Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Troocoo are proud to be partnering with a leading financial services organisation to find a commercially minded, data-led lifecycle marketing manager who thrives on shaping customer growth strategy through insight and automation.

In this 12-month fixed term role, you'll define and lead the customer communication and contact strategy for a major digital banking project, playing a key role in guiding customers through the move to a new digital banking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Defining lifecycle strategies across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and advocacy, and translating commercial objectives into measurable lifecycle programs.
• Leading the customer communication and contact strategy for a major digital banking project, acting as the key link between the project team and Marketing.
• Designing and continuously improving customer journeys across email, push, SMS, in-app, direct mail, phone and emerging channels, including segmentation, trigger logic and personalisation approaches.
• Owning lifecycle performance against agreed commercial and customer metrics, and driving improvements in activation, engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.
• Developing and owning a lifecycle experimentation roadmap, applying test and learn methodology to continuously improve customer and commercial outcomes.
• Partnering with Marketing, Customer Operations, Data and Analytics, Creative Services, Digital, Customer Experience, Enterprise Delivery, Change, Contact Centre, Branch and Technology teams to align on broader customer change objectives.

Successful Candidate
You're passionate about customer experience and thrive in fast-paced, regulated environments. You bring a strategic mindset alongside the ability to translate insight into action, and are equally comfortable setting direction and getting into the detail of campaign delivery.

• Proven experience owning customer lifecycle, CRM, retention or growth marketing programs, ideally within financial services or another regulated environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading customer communication strategy for a business or technology change program, delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise marketing automation platforms (e.g. Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Unica).
• Experience designing and leading lifecycle experimentation and optimisation programs.
• Solid understanding of compliance and privacy frameworks in digital marketing.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to align cross functional teams around shared customer outcomes.
