About the role

As an Electrical Sales Consultant, you'll help our customers find the right products for their homes while delivering the friendly, knowledgeable service we're known for.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with electrical and home appliance purchases

• Providing product information and recommendations

• Delivering excellent customer service from initial enquiry through to sale

• Working towards individual and store sales targets

• Maintaining product displays and presentation of the showroom

• Keeping up to date with products, promotions and new technology

• Processing sales and assisting with general retail duties

• Working as part of the wider Biloela Betta team

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, confident and comfortable talking with customers

• Motivated and enthusiastic about sales

• Passionate about providing excellent customer service

• Reliable and able to work well as part of a team

• Willing to learn about electrical appliances and technology

• Comfortable working towards sales targets

• Well presented with good communication skills

Previous retail, sales or electrical appliance experience would be an advantage, but it isn't essential.

If you've got the right attitude and willingness to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
