Online Trainers and Assessors – Allied Health – Remote

The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for experienced contract Trainers and Assessors to work across one or both of the following qualifications

• CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability)
• HLT33021 Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance

This is a fully remote role – ideal for experienced VET professionals looking to contribute meaningfully without the commitment of face-to-face delivery. Hours are flexible based on assessment volume and student need.

Primarily you will be:

• Marking online assessment submissions, and providing clear, constructive feedback
• Providing additional guidance to students who require support to progress
• Collaborating with our training, administration, and compliance teams to ensure a seamless student experience

About You – Essential Requirements

Trainer Credentials (must have one of the following):

1. TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent; or
2. A higher qualification in adult or vocational education

Qualifications:

• Certificate IV or higher in a discipline relevant to the health course being delivered

Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in training and assessing on either CHC33021 or HLT33021
• Demonstrated industry experience in a relevant health setting (allied health or primary health care settings are highly regarded)
• Proficiency with digital learning platforms and CRM systems (such as Moodle and aXcelerate)
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, constructive assessment feedback
• Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.

Highly Desirable:

• Experience marking assessments for international students
• Experience working with online or distance learners
