We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our busy general practice team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse who enjoys working in a patient-focused environment and wants to be part of a collaborative healthcare team.

About the Role

As a Practice Nurse, you will work closely with our GPs and practice team to provide high-quality clinical care to patients across all stages of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing clinical nursing care and health assessments
- Immunisations and vaccination clinics
- Chronic disease management and care plans
- Wound care and dressings
- Health promotion and preventative health activities
- Assisting GPs with procedures
- Performing clinical observations and ECGs
- Supporting patients with ongoing health management
- Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
- Infection prevention and control
- Providing exceptional patient-centred care

About You

We are looking for a nurse who is:

- A Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Experienced in, or interested in, general practice nursing
- Professional, compassionate and patient-focused
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team
- Well organised with excellent communication skills
- Committed to providing high-quality healthcare
- Comfortable using clinical computer systems

Previous general practice experience is highly regarded, but we are also open to nurses looking to transition into general practice.
