Football Development Manager

The Football Development Manager is responsible for

supporting the Sporting Director in the delivery of Sydney

FC's football strategy across the A-League Men, A-League

Women and Academy programs. Working closely with the

Sporting Director and Academy Director, the role oversees

the Club's player development pathway, ensuring alignment

between the Academy and First Team while assisting

across recruitment, player management, football operations

and strategic football projects. Working collaboratively with

coaches and football staff, the role helps create an

integrated football environment that maximises player

development, supports succession planning and

strengthens the Club's long-term football strategy.
