Trade Assistant / Forklift Driver

Our client, a well-established and highly regarded manufacturing company based in Wellcamp, Toowoomba, is seeking a motivated and reliable Forklift Driver/Trade Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis for 6 months, with the potential for extension.

Shifts, Training & Pay Rate
Option 1 – Day Shift
Monday–Friday
6:00am – 3:30pm

Option 2 – Afternoon Shift
Monday–Friday
3:00pm – 11:00pm

Training:
Training will be provided on the day shift for approximately 2 weeks, Monday–Friday, 6:00am–3:30pm, before transitioning to the afternoon shift if required.

Pay Rate: $33.38 – $35.68 per hour, depending on experience and shift.

Key requirements:

• Current forklift licence with demonstrated experience (essential)
• Current driver’s licence
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Reliable, honest, and practical approach to work
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude

Please note: Applicants must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
