Client Services Officer

About the Role

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients ensuring their experience with Dott & Crossitt is seamless from the very first interaction.  Your role will involve:

• Managing inbound calls and emails from clients and referral partners

• Responding promptly to website enquiries

• Preparing and sending quotes for new matters

• Clearly explaining the conveyancing process to potential clients

• Liaising with lawyers, conveyancers and other internal teams

• Building relationships and nurturing leads through timely follow-ups

• Maintaining accurate and detailed client records

• Providing high-quality administrative support

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings warmth, initiative and professionalism to every interaction. You’ll also have:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in client services or administrative support

• Experience in the real estate or legal industry (highly regarded)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A strong customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport easily

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• The ability to prioritise, multitask and work collaboratively within a team
