As Tasmania's largest private healthcare provider, Calvary Launceston is evolving its service delivery models, expanding clinical capabilities and strengthening integrated care across its campuses. As part of this journey, we are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Quality, Risk & Patient Safety Manager to lead and shape our quality, safety and clinical governance agenda.
This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing healthcare leader to influence practice across a complex and growing organisation while ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and person-centred care.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services and working closely with the Executive Team, the Quality, Risk & Patient Safety Manager is responsible for leading contemporary clinical governance, quality improvement, risk management and patient safety systems across Calvary Launceston.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting evolving models of care, organisational change initiatives and service development while ensuring continued compliance with the National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and other regulatory and accreditation requirements.
You will provide strategic advice to executive leaders, drive organisational improvement initiatives, oversee risk management frameworks and foster a culture where safety, quality and patient experience are embedded in everyday practice.
