About the role

We're looking for a reliable Burger Cook to join our team. You'll be working in a fast-paced kitchen, flipping burgers, frying up sides, and keeping the place running smoothly. We have a small kitchen so you need to be organised.

Key responsibilities

• Cooking and prepping fresh, quality burgers and sides

• Keeping the kitchen clean and organised

• Working as part of a tight-knit team

• Helping with stock checks and basic kitchen duties

• Following food safety and hygiene standards

About you

• Some experience in a similar role

• You can handle a fast-paced kitchen without losing your cool

• You know how to cook a perfectly juicy burger and crispy fries

• You are reliable, hard-working, and a team player

• You can work nights and weekends on a rotating shift

• You have a Food Safety Cert (or are willing to get one)

About us

We're a small, no-fuss burger joint in Branxton, slinging top-quality burgers, loaded fries, and classic feeds. We have a small menu with an emphasis on quality. Our burgers have been named as Critics Pick by the SMH Good Food Guide. We also operate a nose to tail butchery and a charcuterie business which has won awards from RAS.
