Your Day-to-Day:
Customer Servicing: Handle and oversee the end-to-end delivery of irrigation orders, maintaining the high standards set out in GMW's customer charter.

Relationship Building: Forge strong connections with customers, offering education and swift resolution to service issues.
Proactive Response: Monitor operational heath of our assets, maintenance needs, and environmental alerts, taking action to keep our service running smoothly.
Team Player: Collaborate to meet team goals, ready to take on tasks or work independently as needed.
About you:
No experience is required, but some of these skills would be advantageous:
· Understanding of water management system software (e.g. IPM, SCADA, SPM, Waterline).
· Understanding of the gravity and pumped distribution network.
· Exhibit knowledge of customer charter and customer service requirements.
Your Benefits
· Work across a wide geographic range of water systems and asset types
