We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Transport Administration Officer to join our Operations team on the PM shift. About the Role

Reporting to the Transport Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring our linehaul and transport operations run efficiently, compliantly, and on schedule. You'll be the link between customers, drivers, agents, and operational teams, helping keep freight moving across the country.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage transport administration, compliance, and operational data entry
• Review and process driver runsheets, ancillary charges, and demurrage reporting
• Prepare manifests, load plans, and transport documentation
• Coordinate and maintain timeslot bookings and schedules
• Enter consignments and pickups into the Transport Management System (TMS)
• Liaise with drivers, agents, customers, and internal teams
• Manage customer enquiries, ETA and POD requests
• Support Chain of Responsibility (CoR) compliance requirements
• Assist with dangerous goods documentation and linehaul administration
• Monitor operational inboxes and customer service tickets
• Support depot and transport operations with general administration tasks

What We're Looking ForEssential Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years' experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain administration
• Strong customer service experience
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Professional phone manner and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Highly Regarded

• Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
• Understanding of load restraint, transport compliance, and dangerous goods requirements
• Experience with transport management systems and freight manifesting
• Dangerous Goods Awareness Training
