The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Cashier, you're much more than the person behind the register.  You'll play a key role in creating a positive experience from the moment customers arrive until they leave the store.

You'll be one of the first and last people our customers interact with, helping ensure every visit ends with outstanding service and a lasting impression.

Working within our busy store environment, you'll support customers, resolve queries, process transactions and work collaboratively with teams across the store to deliver our promise of Great Service, Always!

What You'll Be Doing

• Greeting customers with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• Processing cash, card, and finance transactions accurately
• Operating Point-of-Sale systems and issuing relevant documentation
• Assisting customers with enquiries and directing them to the right departments
• Helping resolve customer concerns in a calm and professional manner
• Working closely with sales, administration, warehouse, and management teams
• Maintaining a welcoming, organised, and professional front of house environment
• Following store security, cash-handling, and operating procedures
• Creating memorable customer experiences that keep people coming back

What We're Looking For

Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trade, is essential!
