THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving membership growth and ensuring our current members continue to feel supported on their fitness journey. This casual role offers a minimum of 8-16 hours per week. Your key responsibilities include:

• Generate leads and convert them into memberships
• Retain current members by promoting our culture and services
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships
• Assist with marketing efforts and local business engagement

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping people become the healthiest version of themselves. You’ll ideally have

• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Working with Children Check
• Proven experience in sales with a strong ability to build rapport and achieve targets
• Genuine people-first approach with excellent relationship-building skills
