Half Price Pallets is one of Perth's leading manufacturers of pallets and crates located in Rockingham. We value our people and culture as well as a work life balance.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for reliable and hardworking Machine Operators and Factory Hands to become part of our production team.

These are hands-on roles suited to people who enjoy practical work, are physically fit and take pride in doing a job well. Full training will be provided, so previous experience is not essential for the right candidates.

About the Role:

• Operating fixed machinery used in the cutting and manufacture of pallets and crates
• Using hand tools and equipment to manufacture and assemble products
• Assisting with general factory and production duties
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
• Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe

About You:

• Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Forklift and HR licences are desirable but not essential.

Hours

Casual Position - Monday to Friday

Monday - Thursday: 5:00am - 2:30pm
Friday: 5:00am - 9:00am

This is a 40-hour week with overtime available.

Immediate starts are available, although we are happy to wait for the right candidates. There is also the opportunity for full-time employment for the right people
