Casual Event Day Staff

In preparation for the upcoming Concert Season 2026 and Sporting Events, Suncorp Stadium is calling on Event Day Staff to join its team on a casual basis.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Casual Event Day Team Member, you will play an important role in delivering outstanding guest experiences by:

• Providing friendly, professional, and proactive customer service
• Carrying out event responsibilities as directed
• Being focused on the needs of the guests and activities in assigned area
• Resolving issues calmly and effectively while maintaining a positive experience
• Incident reporting
• Remaining alert, engaged, and focused within your assigned area
  
• Working in a physically active role that involves prolonged standing, walking, and stair use

One of the most exciting aspects of this role is the opportunity to work across a range of event operations functions, including:

• Access Controller
• Call Centre Attendant
• Car Parking Attendant
• Control Room Radio Operator
• Information Attendant
• Lift Driver
• Turnstile Attendant
• Usher
• Logistics Attendant (availability during the week)

ABOUT THE VENUE

Suncorp Stadium provides Brisbane and Queensland with a 52,500 plus seat capacity, state-of-the art, world-class stadium able to accommodate a range of uses including:

• Rugby League - Brisbane Broncos and Dolphins home games, the Magic Round, other NRL and WNRL games, annual State of Origin games, International Test Matches
• Rugby Union - Queensland Reds home games in the Super Rugby competition and International Tests featuring the Wallabies
• Soccer - Brisbane Roar Home games, Local and international matches including World Cup qualifying games featuring the Socceroos
• Concerts
• Boxing
• Extreme Sports including Nitro Circus and Nitro World Games BMX, FMX, Scooter and Skateboarding!

Suncorp Stadium is a major sporting and entertainment facility owned by Stadiums Queensland and managed by Legends Global.
