Sales Assistant

What the role entails:

• Approaching existing & new contacts to identify potential leads and re-establish connections

• Make outbound calls to nurture relationships and generate new business opportunities

• Follow up on warm inbound leads and guide them through the sales process.

• Serve as the first point of contact, building rapport and setting the foundation for long-term client relationships

• Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system and provide regular updates on lead progress.

We would like someone who:

• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Real Estate Licence or Assistant Agent Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

• Confidence in your abilities and a passion for real estate

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
