Site Administrator (FIFO) - HV Infrastructure Project

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to provide administrative, document control and coordination support to the Construction Manager and HSEQ Advisor, ensuring efficient site operations, accurate records, compliance documentation, and timely safety and progress reporting in a remote Pilbara construction environment.

This is a 2-year offering full project lifecycle —from design and procurement through to construction, commissioning, and handover.

About the Role

This is a site-based, FIFO role supporting the relocation of an existing 132kV transmission line and the construction of a new 33kV distribution feeder for BHP, working closely with the project's Construction Manager, HSEQ Advisor, Project Manager and BHP site representatives

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Construction Manager

• Maintain progress reports, site records and document control.

• Coordinate site access, inductions and visitor management.

• Assist with timesheets, progress claims and subcontractor administration.

• Manage site logistics including travel, accommodation, vehicles and supplies.

• Schedule meetings, toolbox talks and site communications.

Supporting the HSEQ Advisor

• Maintain HSE registers, permits, inspections and training records.

• Support incident reporting, notifications and corrective action tracking.

• Monitor workforce competencies and licence expiries.

• Assist with emergency preparedness records and compliance documentation.

• Support HSE KPI reporting and distribution of safety communications.

General Site Administration

• Act as the first point of contact for site office communications and visitors.

• Maintain site office facilities, supplies and administrative records.

• Support emergency preparedness administration and compliance documentation.

• Provide general administrative support to the Construction Manager, HSEQ Advisor and Project Manager as required

This role will be on a 02/01 roster

What You'll Bring to the Role

• Experience in site administration, project administration or document control within construction, civil, electrical or resources environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems, with strong organisational, communication and record-management skills.

• High attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a proactive, safety-focused approach.

• Ability to build effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors and site personnel.

• Current White Card and C-Class Driver’s Licence, with the ability to meet site access, medical and compliance requirements.

• Willingness to work a FIFO roster and thrive in a remote site-based environment.
