RediMed is a leading national healthcare provider delivering multidisciplinary health solutions, including pre-employment medicals, health surveillance, injury treatment, drug & alcohol testing, and medicolegal services.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an Accounts (Billing) Officer on a contract basis to mid-December to join our finance team.

About the Role

We’re open to extended days or a part-time arrangement; what matters to us is consistency across the week, not rigid hours. This role sits within our billing function, ensuring timely delivery of end-to-end billing and efficient processing of invoicing in line with policies, client requirements and regulatory obligations. You’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve queries, improve processes and keep revenue flowing smoothly.

This is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of detail, stakeholder interaction and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing & Process Improvement – manage invoice generation and ensuring accuracy, identifying billing issues and work with the team to improve processes, support mapping and refining billing workflows
• Stakeholder Support – partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Control procedures – ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and data integrity.

About You

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive team player who thrives in an end-to-end finance role.

We’d love it if you had:

• Experience in the healthcare sector
• Tertiary qualification in accounting, business or similar

We NEED you to have:

• AR / billing experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel essential)
• Strong time management and ability to prioritise
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear and professional communication skills
