Senior Sales Executive - North Melbourne

Due to continued growth, our national Australian-owned client is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their team based in North Melbourne.

About the Role
As the Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across Melbourne. You will identify and secure new business opportunities while developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets across professional printing, telecommunications and IT solutions.
• Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, cold calling and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients.
• Conduct detailed needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
• Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations, proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and contracts in collaboration with the sales leadership team.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technology and competitor activity.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows and conferences to promote the brand and solutions.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial engagement through to implementation.

About You

• A proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within printing, telecommunications, or a related solutions-based industry.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong business development and new-client acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• A consultative approach to sales, with the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• The ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills.
• A current and valid driver's licence.
