Due to continued success and rapid growth, our business has an opportunity for a reliable, experienced, and enthusiastic Field Service HD Mechanic to join our team.
The Role:
Reporting to the Surfacing Workshop Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and repairing our diverse fleet of road surfacing, earthmoving, and support equipment across various sites throughout Perth and surrounding regions.
This is a hands-on field service role offering variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work on a wide range of machinery while being supported by an experienced workshop team.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of KEE Surfacing equipment.
Respond to breakdowns in the field, carrying out fault-finding, repairs, and technical support to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all work is completed to a high standard in accordance with KEE's safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Support workshop operations, equipment commissioning, contractor supervision, vehicle compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the fleet.
Travel to metropolitan and regional project sites as required to provide field service support and keep our operations running safely and efficiently.
Required Experience and Skills:
Heavy Duty Mechanic trade qualification (required)
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Experience with asphalt and road surfacing machinery (highly regarded)
Current and valid manual driver's Licence
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and commitment to safety

Full-time, Perth-based role – Minimum 80 hours per fortnight with overtime available
