Capers Early Learning Northgate is growing, we are looking for Diploma Educators to join our Nursery team.

Requirements & experience:

• Experience in leading a Nursery room and caring for infants

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care

• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

• Current Working with Children Check

• Child safety training (Geccko)

• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework

• Effective interpersonal skills with families and Educators

 Duties & responsibilities:

• Provide nurturing care for children

• Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children

• Monitor children's engagement and learning progress to assess individual needs

• Evaluate effectiveness of different programs

• Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating learning environment
