Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Enrolled Nurses as well as AIN professionals to join our Community Health team in the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers Areas. You will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care and support to our community members. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, overnight care, monitoring patient health conditions, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in home nursing care and support to clients in the community.

• Assist with patient assessments, care plans, and health education.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA

• Cert III in Aged Care (AIN’s)

• Experience in community health or a similar setting preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

• Current police check within the last 6 months or willingness to obtain
