FT Bell Captain / Porter & Valet Attendants Supervisor

An exciting opportunity for Front office superstar for the Bell Captain (Porter & Valet Attendants Supervisor) has just become available. This role is vital to the first impressions of the hotel. As a Bell Captain, your responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Meeting and greeting all guests  at most courteous and efficient service

• Have a detailed knowledge of what's on in Sydney and its surrounds including transport and movements 

• Promote facilities and venues to generate additional spend towards hotel’s total revenue targets

• Supervise porter & valet attendants during your shift

• Live and breathe our brand standards, be the ambassador for our LQA (Leading Quality Assurance)

• A problem solver with the capability to turn challenges into opportunities

• Flexibility to work rotation roster including weekend and public holidays

About you:

• At least 1 year of  experience as Supervisor in Front Office in 4 to 5 star hotel

• Full NSW Drivers Licence

• Have full time work right in Australia

• Ability to work rotating roster including evening shifts, weekend and Public Holidays

Part Time opportunity:

We are open to discuss Part Time Opportunity (22.5 hrs to 30 hrs/week) for the right candidate.
