We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Sales Coordinator - Corporate to become the engine room of our National Sales Team. Supporting a high-performing group of sales professionals, you'll play a critical role behind the scenes, ensuring seamless coordination, accurate reporting, and exceptional administrative support that helps drive commercial success across our hotel portfolio.

The Opportunity

• Hybrid working model: 1 day WFH | 4 days in office
• Monday to Friday

This is a highly administrative and coordination-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, loves working with data and systems, and takes pride in delivering work that's accurate, polished and on time.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintaining CRM systems, databases, dashboards and sales trackers
• Coordinating incoming leads and ensuring timely follow-up
• Preparing sales presentations, proposals and reports
• Supporting tenders, account reviews and sales initiatives
• Assisting with customer contracts, account allocations and administration
• Coordinating trade shows, events and team travel arrangements
• Supporting commission processes and invoicing administration
• Providing executive sales support to the Associate Director of Sales
• Ensuring accurate and timely communication across stakeholders

What You'll Bring

• Experience in sales coordination, administration or customer support
• Hospitality or hotel experience highly regarded
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics 365, Opera or Protel (desirable)
• Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently
• Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available)
