 Summary:

Evinact is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to join our team as a Senior Consultant in the Brisbane CBD. The primary purpose of the role is to directly support engagement leaders to deliver successful client outcomes in data, AI and digital advisory.

The role:

• Permanent
• Brisbane CBD based office with WFH hybrid arrangement
• Required immediately
• Well remunerated through competitive base salary and company incentives.

You will:

• You’ll join as a mid-senior level Business Analyst on a permanent basis, with a clear runway to grow into a consulting career.
• Your job is professional problem solving. Our client’s customers come to them to solve their most challenging problems.
• You’ll support a Project Manager and a team of Business Analysts across analysis, documentation, and delivery on projects for enterprise organisations.
• Engage with stakeholders, review processes, and identify, analyse and interpret opportunities to land on the best solution for each project.
• Bring together business and technology skills to strategise, plan and execute projects of varying size and complexity.
• Work as a consultant across data, AI, digital and governance & compliance

Skills & Experience:

The following experience and qualifications would be desirable and viewed favourably:

• 3+ years proven experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or a closely related role
• A tertiary-level qualification in a related field or any relevant accreditations
• Worked in an advisory role for a professional services firm
• High level of attention to detail
• Demonstrated writing research and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Time management skills
• Ability to adapt and be flexible
