About the Role

As our Experienced Bookkeeper, you’ll work closely with our Finance Team, Farming Operations Team, Head Office Team and the CFO. Your responsibilities will include:

• Accounts Payable: Processing supplier invoices, liaising with managers for account allocation, managing weekly payments, and reconciling statements

• Payroll: Managing weekly payroll, maintaining employee records, and processing quarterly superannuation

• Accounts Receivable: Issuing invoices and statements, and occasional debt collection

• Reconciliations: Handling bank, credit card, and livestock account reconciliations

• General bookkeeping duties as required

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Proven experience with Xero accounting software

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Excellent time management and organisational abilities

• A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn

• A high level of confidentiality and professional integrity
