Marketing Executive

About the role 

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team based in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1-2 years' experience looking to take the next step in their media or marketing career and gain hands-on experience delivering national campaigns across some of Australia's most-loved brands and programs.  

A day in the life… 

In this role, you'll play a key role in planning, executing and optimising integrated marketing campaigns designed to grow audiences across both Broadcast and Streaming for Entertainment & 7plus.  

Working closely with teams across Creative, Media, Communications, Social, Audience Insights and Production, you'll help bring campaigns to life from concept through to execution, while gaining exposure to some of the biggest entertainment launches in the country. 

More specifically, you will 

• Support the development and delivery of consumer marketing campaigns for Seven's Entertainment portfolio across Broadcast and Streaming  

• End-to-end campaign management including briefing, stakeholder approvals, asset distribution, reporting and optimisation 

• Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns across channels including Social, Audio, Podcasts, Outdoor, Digital, Video, Press, eDM and Push Notifications 

• Analyse audience insights and campaign performance to identify opportunities and drive stronger audience outcomes 

• Assist with talent shoots, promotional activity, events, partnerships and key entertainment launches 

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners while identifying new opportunities to elevate campaigns and audience engagement 

What will you need  

• 1-2 years' experience in marketing, media, entertainment, sales, creative or a related field 

• A genuine passion for television, streaming, content and the Australian media landscape 

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders 

• Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities 

• A collaborative, hands-on attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute wherever needed 

• A strong interest in audiences, consumer behaviour, creative execution and campaign performance
