Senior Manager, Workplace Experience

About you

We are seeking a motivated and committed individual who can support the work of NSW Health with:

• Demonstrated senior leadership experience in developing and delivering enterprise-wide workplace, facilities, accommodation, workplace experience or organisational resilience strategies within a complex and highly regulated environment. 
• Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams, building capability, fostering engagement and creating a high-performance culture that delivers customer-focused and sustainable organisational outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with executives and key stakeholders, using data, insights and contemporary best practice to drive strategic initiatives, governance, service excellence and sustainable business outcomes. 
• Experience leading large-scale workplace transformation, aligning workplace strategy, service delivery, technology and evolving workforce needs to optimise workplace  experience and organisational performance. 
• Strong track record of providing strategic leadership and governance, balancing organisational resilience, risk management, compliance, customer experience and financial sustainability while fostering high-performing teams and a culture of continuous improvement.
