About the role

The Senior Manager, Workplace Experience leads the strategic direction of workplace, accommodation and organisational resilience initiatives across the Ministry of Health and co-located agencies. The role drives the design of contemporary workplaces, workplace experience outcomes, organisational preparedness and business continuity capability to support the delivery of NSW Health priorities.
The role is responsible for driving long-term workplace strategy, workplace experience initiatives, technology-enabled solutions, data-driven decision-making and organisational resilience, supported by expertise in workplace and facilities management. The position also leads the strategic governance, planning and continuous improvement of the Ministry of Health’s Business Continuity Management framework, ensuring organisational preparedness, resilience and continuity of critical services, while aligning workplace and continuity outcomes with organisational objectives and whole-of-government priorities.
Provide leadership and expert advice to executives and senior stakeholders on workplace strategy, organisational resilience and future workforce accommodation requirements.
