Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Melbourne team to provide support to our on-site sales team at a 5-star venue.

This is an exciting opportunity within the technical events and hospitality industry.

As the Sales Coordinator, you will provide sales support to the team working on a wide range of corporate events assisting in ensuring each event is executed to the highest standard and aligned with their vision. You will be solutions orientated with a resourceful mindset and willing to talk ownership of administrative tasks.

What you'll do:

• Liaise with clients, providing exceptional customer service. 

• Aid in the creation of technical solutions and proposals. 

• Comply with internal sales processes

• Assist with the smooth and efficient running of the audiovisual department activities

• Provide onsite technical support for your clients (AV Technical experience required)

• Co-ordinate technical resources and support

• Experience in the technical event industry.

• Good planning, organisation, and time management skills.

• Good communication, professional appearance and interpersonal skills.

• Good leadership and customer relationship-building abilities.

• An understanding of audio, visual, and sound technology.

• Working rights in the country where the role is based.
