Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organised and customer focused Customer Service Coordinator to provide support across the business and help deliver a positive customer experience. This is a varied, people-focused role where you'll work with operational and management teams, members of the public and government representatives. The role may also require attendance at various interchanges.

Key responsibilities

• Managing customer feedback, reviewing the feedback register and coordinating responses
• Providing administrative and customer service support to various departments
• Responding to customer enquiries and handling challenging situations professionally
• Communicating with internal teams, customers, government representatives and other external contacts
• Maintaining accurate information and confidentiality
• Supporting management and operational teams with other duties as required

About you

• Minimum 1 years' experience in customer service, administration or a similar role, with intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a professional telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise
• A calm and professional approach when dealing with difficult customers, with the confidence to think on your feet and use initiative
• A positive, approachable and team oriented attitude, with a willingness to learn new tasks, systems and processes
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information appropriately
