About Little Bang Brewery

Little Bang Brewery is an independent South Australian brewery known for great beer, great food and a laid-back atmosphere. We’re all about creating memorable experiences for our guests, whether they’re dropping in for a casual lunch, a few beers with friends, live music, functions or one of our busy brewery events.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Casual Chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing quality food with consistency and creativity.

About the Role

As a Casual Chef, you’ll work alongside our kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals while maintaining excellent food safety and kitchen standards. This role offers flexible hours, a supportive team environment and the opportunity to work in one of Adelaide’s most unique hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to a consistently high standard
• Assist with daily food preparation and service
• Maintain food quality, presentation and portion control standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements
• Assist with stock control, ordering and stock rotation
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
• Work collaboratively with front and back of house teams
• Contribute ideas for specials and menu development

What We’re Looking For

• Trade-qualified Chef (or significant industry experience)
• Previous experience in a busy pub, restaurant or brewery environment
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Positive attitude and strong team focus
• Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
