Wallaby Hotel in Mudgeeraba is looking for an Assistant Venue Manager and Duty Managers to join the team.

What’s on offer

• $79,550–$85,000 + super, depending on the role, skills and experience

• AVM – up to $5,000 annual bonus

What we’re looking for

• Some experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor or hospitality leader

• A current RSA and RSG, with RMLV or willingness to obtain it if required

• Experience in a busy hospitality environment — pubs, bars, restaurants, gaming or similar

• A good understanding of operational standards, compliance and WHS

• A hands-on leadership style and someone who enjoys working alongside their team

• Someone who can stay organised and solutions-focused when things get busy

• Flexibility to work a rotating hospitality roster, including nights and weekends

• Most importantly, a genuine passion for hospitality, people and great service
