One of Australia's best loved consumer brands is after a Senior Designer to join its in house creative team and help push the work further.
This is a hands on senior role for someone who loves building campaign ideas from scratch and carrying them across every touchpoint a customer might see: digital, social, retail, environmental, out of home and CRM. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with marketing and creative stakeholders to shape integrated campaigns that actually hang together, channel to channel.
You'll also help set the bar for creative quality across the business, mentoring junior designers along the way and making sure everything that goes out the door is as sharp strategically as it is visually.
What you'll be doing
Lead creative projects from brief to final deliveryDevelop campaign concepts and key creative across integrated marketing campaignsDesign across social, digital, eDM, OOH, environmental graphics, menus, A frames and other in restaurant experiencesRoll campaigns out consistently across multiple channels and formatsWork closely with marketing and cross functional stakeholdersGive guidance and creative feedback to junior designersJuggle multiple projects without letting quality slipGet involved in motion design and animation where it's needed
About you
You've probably got 5+ years in a creative agency or an in house brand team, with a portfolio that shows sharp conceptual thinking as well as excellent execution. You'll bring:
Strong campaign and conceptual design experienceA track record building integrated brand campaigns across multiple channelsExcellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite and FigmaMotion and animation experience (a big plus)The confidence to present and back your ideas in a roomStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsA knack for staying on top of things when priorities shift fastExperience mentoring or supporting junior creatives
