1. High level Ultrasound experience supporting a tertiary level Ultrasound service
2. Demonstrated high level experience supporting the full range of Ultrasound examinations including but not limited to paediatrics, Body, musculoskeletal, vascular
3. Demonstrated ability to actively engage with patients/clients to understand their needs and enhance service delivery.
4. Demonstrated high level interpersonal communication skills applied to a patient environment, as well as proven effective report writing skills.
5. Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and demonstrated active participation and involvement in the development and maintenance of protocols, clinical reviews, teaching, presentations, conferences or in-services
6. Demonstrated application of analysis and problem-solving skills to a range of clinical situations to develop effective solutions and application of professional and ethical boundaries when working with complex situations as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
7. Demonstrated appreciation of Hospital and Radiology information systems.
8. Strong communication skills.
