About the role: 

• End-to-end production of handmade gourmet bread and sweet products. 
• Food handling - Packaging/bagging of biscuits involved. 
• Preparing and shaping dough. 
• Performing techniques such as lamination. 
• Creating and testing new recipes. 
• Decorating baked goods.

The successful candidate will be a ‘go getter’ and work towards achieving the overall goals and objectives to support brand development and longevity. The client requires people that are strong problem solvers, have the initiative to work on projects independently and also are forward thinking.

Skills Required: 

• Ability to work Monday to Friday. 
• Passion for the food service and production industry. 
• Previous Certificate III qualification in an equivalent industry (desired). 
• Ability to travel to multiple locations to support the FOH food service component of their business as needed. 

Traineeship Eligibility Criteria: 

• PR or Citizenship mandatory. 
• Currently holding a relevant Certificate III qualification seeking to up skill into a Certificate IV qualification during their Traineeship, or; 
• Not currently holding a qualification and seeking to up skill into a Certificate III or IV qualification. 
• Ability to complete their Traineeship whilst working onsite.
