Operations Manager

Auto Masters is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support and drive performance across our Gold Coast franchise network.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with the franchisee and store managers to improve results, maintain high standards, and support business growth across multiple sites.

What you’ll be doing:

• Work closely with franchisee, managers and technicians to lift performance and profitability
• Monitor and improve sales, KPIs and overall operations
• Uphold high standards in workmanship, presentation and customer experience
• Ensure compliance with audits, safety requirements and operational procedures
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding and team development
• Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships

About you:

• Qualified mechanic with solid automotive industry experience
• Background in managing multiple sites or locations
• Strong understanding of business performance and financial drivers
• Effective leader with the ability to coach and develop teams
• Practical, proactive and customer-focused approach
