The Role

Starting as an Associate Adviser, you will work closely with the Principal to master the unique financial landscape of medical professionals.

• Client Management: Manage a group of key clients with full support.
• Specialisation: Develop deep expertise in doctors' career trajectories, specialties, and financial challenges.
• Growth: Actively retain and grow a client base of medical professionals.
• Compliance: Maintain high ethical standards and regulatory excellence.

About You

You are a dedicated professional ready to break through a "career ceiling" and take on a long-term, key role in a growing practice.

Must-Haves:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year as a qualified, FASEA-compliant Financial Planner.
• Attributes: Proactive mindset, high attention to detail, and unquestionable integrity.
• Spirit: A genuine passion for helping clients and a thrive-in-a-team attitude.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Intermediate XPlan skills.
• Experience in Personal Insurance (Life, TPD, Income Protection).
• Cert IV in Finance/Mortgage Broking.
