Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated manager to help operate one of our friendly country hotels.

A long-term position for the right candidate. Package includes a base full-time salary, superannuation and on-site accommodation. This is an ideal opportunity to escape the high cost of city living.  

We currently own and operate 3 popular and newly renovated hotels in central Queensland and are interested in expanding our team. We are seeking an experienced and energetic individual to join the team.

The hotel does a good trade with plenty of support from the locals, travelers, contractors and the surrounding district. The hotel features a welcoming and modern bistro, stylish beer garden, whiskey bar, function room and the drive thru bottle shop. The Hotel premises also offers some affordable hotel and motel accommodation.

This is a very “hands-on” roll needing to manage different aspects of the hotel's daily operations.

You will have the assistance, knowledge and support from the owners who are very proactive and engaged operators.
