We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Ballina, Byron, and Lismore regions. This is a community-based role offering flexibility for both full-time and part-time practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a caseload aligned with your interests.Conduct clinical assessments across physical, cognitive, and developmental functions.Develop evidence-based therapy goals and interventions.Provide environmental modification advice.Recommend and facilitate Assistive Technology (AT).

Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive, client-centred mindset.Genuine passion for the disability and community sector.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
