The Role

Are you an organised and people-focused administrator looking to be part of a warm and caring team? We’re currently seeking a Part-Time (Monday - Wednesday) Admissions Administrator to join our friendly team at Harden Grange Aged Care!

What you will do

The Admissions Officer is responsible for a range of general admin duties, such as: 

• Coordinate the end-to-end admissions process, from initial enquiry through to resident admission  
• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, families, and external stakeholders  
• Conduct facility tours and provide accurate information about services, fees, and accommodation options  
• Liaise with clinical staff to organise resident assessments and eligibility reviews  
• Maintain accurate admissions records, waitlists, and occupancy data  
• Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are completed prior to admission 
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, community organisations, and referral sources 
• Support residents and families during the transition and onboarding process

What you will bring

• At least two (1-2) years of experience in an administrator position, ideally in an aged care or allied health setting OR Qualifications in business, administration, accounts, finance, HRM (or working towards) will be considered.  
• Experience in multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritising a busy workload 
• Good keyboard skills and IT literacy, intermediate skill level with MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams  
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaboration, and teamwork 
• NDIS Clearance (or willing to obtain)
