Qualified A Grade Electrician - Full Time, Permanent

Join Jayco, the largest manufacturer of recreational vehicles and leisure homes in Australia and New Zealand. 

In this role, you will be required to look after the allocated electrical work within our Maintenance Department covering 7 factories and 3 office buildings. You will also be responsible for carrying out project work as required.

Accountabilities:

• Fault finding and repair in complex machinery

• Conduct work on electrical installations in a safe manner

• 3 phase installations including rough in and fitting off of the final circuits

• Run data cables and test for compliance

• Fit off power circuits

• Rough in wiring

• General electrical maintenance including preventative and on-site repairs

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A current Victorian A Grade Licence

• Demonstrate a "can do" attitude towards meeting deadlines

• Strong fault finding skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Show a positive and flexible attitude

• Ability to prioritise jobs and effectively manage your time

• Ability to manage stock

• At least 2 years' experience working with machinery

• PLC experience is an advantage

• Strong mechanical aptitude would be highly advantageous.
