About the role
Salary: $125,108 to $137,042 Location: Darwin or Alice Springs
About the Opportunity
Join NT PHN in a key role providing enterprise-wide business analysis, service design and change management capability to support organisational initiatives and continuous improvement across a geographically dispersed and diverse operating environment.
The Digital Enablement Partner will work closely with teams and stakeholders to drive sustainable digital enablement, process improvement and stakeholder-centred outcomes, ensuring initiatives are effectively designed, implemented and adopted in ways that are responsive to local context and service delivery needs.
About You
You are experienced in business analysis, change management, service design or transformation. You bring strong understanding of organisational change, process improvement and stakeholder engagement. You have:
Strong understanding of the Northern Territory service environment, including regional and remote operating contexts

To be successful in your application, you must have legal working rights in Australia. This role may require travel within the Northern Territory, including remote communities and interstate. A current NT driver’s licence and police clearance are required for this position.
