Are you organised, mechanically minded and interested in building a long-term career in the automotive industry?

Keema Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Trainee Parts Interpreter to join our Kia Cleveland team. This is a full-time, certified traineeship combining practical dealership experience with formal training toward a nationally recognised automotive parts qualification.

Previous automotive experience is not essential—we are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn.

As a Trainee Parts Interpreter, you will learn how to identify, source and supply the correct automotive parts for our workshop and customers.

Supported by an experienced parts team, you will develop practical knowledge of Kia vehicles, electronic parts catalogues, stock management and dealership systems while completing your formal qualification.

• Learning to identify and interpret automotive parts accurately

• Assisting workshop technicians and service advisors with parts enquiries

• Using electronic parts catalogues and dealership systems

• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing parts

• Preparing parts for workshop repairs and customer orders

• Assisting retail and trade customers with enquiries

• Preparing quotations, invoices and parts orders

• Maintaining accurate stock records and a well-organised parts department

• Developing strong Kia product and technical knowledge

• A genuine interest in vehicles and the automotive industry

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and customer-service skills

• Basic computer skills and confidence learning new systems

• Good organisation and time-management skills

• Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude

• A strong work ethic and willingness to complete formal training

• The ability to work effectively as part of a busy dealership team

Previous experience in customer service, retail, warehousing or the automotive industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
