Recruitment Advisor

About the Opportunity
PARC Engineering is seeking a driven and people-focused Recruitment Advisor to join our internal recruitment team on a Monday-Friday full-time permanent basis.
Based in our Applecross Head Office, you will manage a portfolio of clients across our Shutdowns & Maintenance division, sourcing high quality blue-collar candidates for major mining & industrial projects across multiples sites in WA.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for shutdown and maintenance personnel
• Source, screen and interview skilled trades and blue-collar candidates
• Coordinate mobilisation, onboarding and compliance checks
• Build and maintain talent pools for upcoming shutdowns
• Work closely with operations and clients to meet workforce requirements
• Advertise roles across multiple recruitment platforms
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience

Role Requirements:

• Previous recruitment experience working within the mining, shutdowns, maintenance or construction sector
• Strong understanding of blue-collar personnel site requirements
• Strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to change
• Well-developed administrative skills, strong attention to detail and time management skills
• High organisational skills to coordinate recruitment requirements and prioritize workload
• Ability to build & maintain strong professional relationships with all personnel and stakeholders
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
